Meet the Chef Kevin Lafond

Originally from Villefranche-sur-Saône and after graduating from the Thonon-les-Bains hotel school, Kevin Lafond worked with Michelin-starred chef Laurent Azoulay and chef Hervé Raphanel, then in various luxury establishments, before earning his second Michelin star at La Réserve in Ramatuelle.

For many years, Kevin Lafond has been committed to working with local and exceptional products.

In 2021, he embarked on a new project, taking over the kitchens at La Trabla. He aims to create a family environment while offering exceptional cuisine, combining emotion and excellence.
